That’s why we created LUDO Ventures, a platform that connects SMEs and SaaS startups with capital and market opportunities, using technology and predictive analytics. LUDO Ventures is a venture builder that helps SMEs and SaaS startups grow their businesses, by providing them with sales and capital support. We have a network of angel investors and corporates who fund our ventures, and a team of more than 100 sales professionals who sell our products across India.

LUDO Ventures was founded in 2018 by a group of entrepreneurs who had a vision to create an ecosystem for SMEs and SaaS startups to thrive. Since then, we have supported more than 20 startups to scale up, in various fields such as education, travel and tourism, e-commerce, staffing, and software. Some of our successful ventures include LUDO Holidays, LUDO Sports, and LUDO Capital, which are leading businesses in their respective domains.

Our mission is to launch 100 biotech companies in 10 years, and to contribute to the development of the SME and SaaS sector in India. We believe that by empowering SMEs and SaaS startups with technology and capital, we can help them achieve their goals and create value for society.

LUDO Ventures selects and evaluates the SMEs and SaaS startups that join its platform based on the following criteria:

  • The startup must have a clear and compelling value proposition that addresses a real and urgent problem in the market.
  • The startup must have a scalable and sustainable business model that can generate revenue and profit in the long term.
  • The startup must have a strong and diverse team that has the relevant skills, experience, and passion to execute the idea.
  • The startup must have a minimum viable product (MVP) or a prototype that demonstrates the feasibility and potential of the solution.
  • The startup must have a clear vision and strategy for growth, and be willing to collaborate with LUDO Ventures and its network.

LUDO Ventures evaluates the startups that apply to its platform by conducting a rigorous due diligence process that involves:

  • Reviewing the startup’s pitch deck, financial projections, market research, and customer feedback.
  • Interviewing the startup’s founders, team members, customers, and partners.
  • Testing the startup’s product or service, and assessing its quality, performance, and user experience.
  • Comparing the startup’s solution with its competitors, and identifying its unique value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Analyzing the startup’s market potential, customer segments, revenue streams, cost structure, and key metrics.
